Hai Phong City Police support 300 million VND for police in 2 localities affected by storms and floods

On October 14, a working delegation of Hai Phong City Police led by Colonel Pham Viet Dung, Deputy Director of the City Police, visited, encouraged and presented 200 million VND to support Bac Ninh Provincial Police to overcome the damage caused by storms and floods.

In recent days, due to the impact of storm No. 11, many localities in Bac Ninh province have been flooded, greatly affecting production and people's lives. Together with local authorities and departments, branches, and organizations, the Bac Ninh Police force has promptly deployed forces and means to respond to storm No. 11, contributing to minimizing damage caused by storms and floods.

Sharing the difficulties of the people and the Bac Ninh Police force, on behalf of the Party Committee and leaders of Hai Phong City Police, Colonel Pham Viet Dung presented 200 million VND to support Bac Ninh Provincial Police to overcome the damage caused by storms and floods. At the same time, I hope that the Bac Ninh Police force, especially officers and soldiers in communes and wards in areas affected by storms and floods in Bac Ninh province, will continue to promote the spirit of "mutual love and support", supporting people and local authorities to focus on overcoming the consequences and soon returning to normal operations after storms and floods.

Receiving the support funds, Colonel Do Duc Trinh, Deputy Director of Bac Ninh Provincial Police, respectfully thanked the Hai Phong City Police for their affection and noble gestures to the Bac Ninh Police force. The leader of Bac Ninh Provincial Police affirmed that this is a valuable source of encouragement, adding spiritual strength for officers and soldiers in the whole province to continue to strive, overcome difficulties, and successfully complete assigned tasks. Immediately after the reception, Bac Ninh Provincial Police will quickly allocate support funds to the Police of units and localities heavily affected by storms and floods to serve the work of overcoming the consequences, ensuring security, order and stabilizing people's lives.

On the same day, the working group of Hai Phong City Police also visited and presented 100 million VND in support to Lang Son Provincial Police to overcome the consequences of storms and floods. The support action of Hai Phong City Police contributes to sharing the burden with the police force in localities heavily affected by natural disasters, demonstrating profound human values, contributing to strengthening the solidarity between police forces in provinces and cities. In addition, it affirmed the important role of the police force in deploying the task of protecting security and order, protecting a peaceful life for the people.

Previously, on the morning of October 9, the City Police held a launching ceremony to support people affected by natural disasters and floods in 2025, receiving the support of a large number of officers and soldiers.
