Art program to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day

The program was organized by the Ministry of Public Security in coordination with Vietnam Television to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day.

The program was attended by Mr. Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; General Luong Tam Quang - Politburo member, Minister of Public Security; General Trinh Van Quyet - Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; and delegates representing the Central Party Office; Government Office, National Assembly Office... leaders of Tuyen Quang province.

Speaking at the program, Minister Luong Tam Quang affirmed that our Party, State and people, including the People's Public Security Forces, always remember and are grateful for the great contributions of heroic martyrs, war invalids, sick soldiers, and people with meritorious services to the revolution.

"In a series of practical activities to pay tribute to heroic martyrs, war invalids, sick soldiers, and people with meritorious services to the revolution, the Art Exchange Program that kept the oath and heroic poem from the beginning is also a promise of the entire People's Public Security force, before the sacred spirit of the heroic martyrs, the seniors will continuously promote the glorious tradition, maintaining security and order in all situations.

Providing a peaceful and stable environment, contributing with the entire Party, people and army to build a rich, democratic, fair and civilized Vietnam, on par with the world powers", Minister Luong Tam Quang emphasized.

On behalf of the Central Public Security Party Committee, General Luong Tam Quang expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Party, State, National Assembly, Government, Fatherland Front, leaders of ministries, departments and people for their attention, leadership, direction, close coordination, support and assistance in the People's Public Security force in excellently completing its tasks, ensuring security and order in the past time.

Also at the program, delegates presented 30 gifts to policy families in the People's Public Security force.

On the same afternoon, the working delegation of General Luong Tam Quang offered incense and flowers at the Nha Binh Central Public Security Relic Site.

In front of the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs, the working group promised to continue studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, implementing the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Public Security. Always united, unified, and upholding the spirit of "Supporting the Fatherland and serving the People".

At the same time, promoting the glorious heroic tradition, comprehensively innovating all aspects of work, excellently completing all tasks assigned by the Party, State and people.

Also this afternoon, the working delegation of Minister Luong Tam Quang visited and presented gifts to the family of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Nhon.

Minister Luong Tam Quang emphasized that the Party, State and People's Public Security forces always remember the contributions of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers - a noble symbol of revolutionary heroism; at the same time, affirmed that caring for and serving mothers is a responsibility, a sacred sentiment that today's generation has for those who have devoted their lives to the country.

The delegation also visited the family of Major Nguyen Quang Tuong (a former People's Public Security soldier) in Le village, Minh Thanh commune and attended the inauguration ceremony of the temporary house removal project for Mr. Nguyen Van Luan's family in toa village, Minh Thanh commune.

At the families, Minister Luong Tam Quang expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, revolutionary families who sacrificed and devoted themselves to national independence, for the happiness of the people.
