The Congress identified the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", which is strategic orientation, demonstrating the spirit of innovation and aspiration to rise up of organizations and people in the current period.

Regarding personnel work, strictly implement the instructions of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, ensuring the structure, standards, age, expertise and representation of components and classes according to regulations. Thereby, human resources are prepared to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new period.

A new point in organizing the Congress is the application of information technology through the website of the First Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Can Tho City and on Zalo mini App of the Can Tho Fatherland Front to manage and issue electronic documents, confirm delegates and comments, and at the same time expand interaction and provide information to cadres, party members, union members, association members and people of all walks of life.
