Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thuy becomes Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Trinh commune, Can Tho city
Can Tho - Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thuy was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Trinh commune for the 2025 - 2030 term.
On September 25, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Vinh Trinh commune held the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the commune for the 2025-2030 term.
Over the past term, the work of mobilizing and gathering the Great Unity Bloc of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune has always been promoted and expanded. Patriotic emulation movements are constantly developing, society is stable, people's lives are improved.

In the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas", the commune has implemented many models; built new, upgraded and repaired bridges and roads; installed lighting... with a total cost of over 2.59 billion VND. The whole commune has 10 cultural residential areas. The rate of cultural families reached 97.81%, with 1,351 typical households.
The "poor Fund" mobilization work was 200 million VND, the construction and repair of 7 solidarity houses, worth 161 million VND; supporting learning tools for poor students to study well worth 4.72 million VND.

Implementing the emulation movement "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" in Can Tho City, the commune has built and put into use 22 houses, each house is supported with 50 million VND.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front of the commune, member organizations, and socio-political organizations have also mobilized the construction and repair of 40 houses for poor, near-poor, and disadvantaged households, with a total value of more than 2.5 billion VND.
Speaking at the congress, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation - acknowledged and commended the proactive, flexible, united, creative spirit and outstanding results of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Trinh commune in the past term.

In response to the practical requirements in the new period that require continued strong innovation in both content and methods of operation, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai suggested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Trinh commune should strengthen the great national unity bloc - closely linking the "Party - people's heart"; Linking new rural construction with agricultural - tourism economic development; Promoting the movement "All people participate in building a cultural life, maintaining security and order, protecting the environment"...


The Congress agreed on 5 key tasks and 16 specific targets for the new term; consulted to elect the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Trinh commune, term 2025 - 2030 with 54 members.
At the first meeting, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune jointly elected the Standing Committee and the positions of chairman and vice chairman. Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thuy holds the position of Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Trinh commune, term 2025 - 2030.
On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Tho City directly awarded 10 scholarships to students who have overcome difficulties and excelled in their studies in the commune, each worth 1 million VND.
