Honoring good workers every quarter

Mr. Nguyen Van Hien - Chairman of Casumina Trade Union - said that the company has organized the "Good Workers" emulation movement and organized quarterly awards for good workers since the third quarter of 2018. On average, each quarter, the company honors 122 excellent employees with a reward of 1.2 million VND/person (of which the company rewards 700,000 VND, the union rewards 500,000 VND).

Every year, the company also honors and rewards 100 outstanding workers with outstanding achievements in production labor with a bonus of 1.5 million VND/person (of which the company's union rewards 1 million VND and proposes that the Vietnam Chemical Industry Union reward an additional 500,000 VND) and is held during Workers' Month.

Mr. Tran Khanh Tuan, a worker at Hoc Mon Rubber Factory, under Casumina, one of the excellent workers who were awarded this year, said that the emulation movement "Good workers" organized quarterly by the Union in coordination with the Company's Board of Directors has encouraged union members and workers to enthusiastically compete in production, overcome difficulties, promote responsibility and have many initiatives, improve techniques, and complete assigned tasks well.

The emulation movement of Good workers is a good environment to train yourself and improve yourself, Mr. Tuan shared.

Mr. Vi Van Toi, a worker in the steel tire formation department, confided: "The attention of the company's Board of Directors through the quarterly excellent worker honoring program not only helps us feel secure in our work, but also gives us a sense of responsibility, pride and a sense of long-term attachment to the business".

Continuing to accompany the trade union to care for workers

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Le An Hai - Chairman of Vietnam Industry and Trade Union - highly appreciated Casumina's initiative in coordinating with the Board of Directors of the Company to honor good and annual workers every year, thereby contributing to improving the production and business results of the company and the salary and income of workers each year.

Mr. Hai also suggested that the Casumina Union continue to encourage union members and employees of the company to promote the spirit of innovation, creativity, actively compete in "Good Workers", accompany to contribute to the development of the enterprise.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khoat - Party Secretary, General Director of Casumina - shared that the honoring of "Excellent Workers" in the quarter and outstanding workers with outstanding achievements in annual production labor held in "Workers' Month" has contributed to helping the company's employees always innovate and improve techniques.
