An Hai Ward Trade Union, Da Nang organizes social security program in Tra Linh commune
Da Nang - An Hai Ward Trade Union coordinates with the Farmers' Association and Son Tra Regional Health Center to organize a social security program in Tra Linh commune.
News from An Hai Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on June 23rd said: An Hai Ward Trade Union in coordination with the Farmers' Association and Son Tra Regional Health Center organized the program "Connecting Blue Sea - White Clouds" in Tra Linh commune.
At the program, the delegation organized medical examinations, health consultations, and free medicine distribution for 345 people. Each person who came for examination was supported with 100,000 VND.
In addition, the delegation presented 150 gifts to households in difficult circumstances, each worth 700,000 VND, including 500,000 VND in cash and 200,000 VND in kind.
On this occasion, 5 poor students who overcame difficulties and studied well also received scholarships, each including 2 million VND in cash and school supplies.
The program "Connecting Blue Sea - White Clouds" is a practical social security activity, contributing to caring for the health and lives of people in difficult areas, and at the same time continuing to foster solidarity and attachment between An Hai ward and Tra Linh commune.
