Visiting workers to celebrate Tet away from home
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026, Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd. (Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, Dong Nai province, with about 8,200 workers) will coordinate with the grassroots Trade Union to organize vehicles for workers to return home for Tet.
For workers who are unable to return home for Tet, on the morning of February 15, 2026, the company's Board of Directors and the grassroots union Executive Committee will directly go to the boarding house to visit, wish a happy New Year and give lucky money to workers celebrating Tet away from home in Nhon Trach and Long Thanh communes. This is an annual activity at the Trade Union of Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd., visiting workers in difficult circumstances who stay in Dong Nai province to celebrate Tet.
According to the company's grassroots union representative, in addition to the visit, the union also gave lucky money at the beginning of the year to employees.

Free tickets, reduced tickets for workers to return home for Tet
Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc - Chairman of the Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Dong Nai province, with 34,000 employees), said that with the support of the company's board of directors, the trade union will organize the "Spring Bus trip" program for workers far from home, using clean, safe, air-conditioned, air-conditioned vehicles for 24/24, with reclining seats and televisions.
The organization of the bus trip aims to create conditions for workers to return home to celebrate Tet and reunite with their families by safe means of transport, avoiding the situation of being congested with seats that affect their health. Company staff will be supported with 50% of company return tickets and company staff who buy round-trip tickets will be supported with 30%.
The Trade Union of Pou Chen Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bien Hoa ward, Dong Nai province, with about 14,000 workers) also supports bus tickets to take workers home to celebrate Tet and return to work in Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.
The subjects are workers in difficult circumstances, who have not returned home for Tet for many consecutive years, have a need to return home for Tet Binh Ngo in 2026 and commit to returning to work after the end of the Tet holiday.
Workers in the northern provinces and cities (from the old Binh Dinh province and above) travel by car supported by the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor. Workers traveling on routes to Ca Mau and Quy Nhon by car are driven by the union in coordination with the transportation service unit. When returning to work, workers need to provide bus tickets to the union to prepare a payment file for the amount equivalent to the bus ticket price prescribed at the time of departure and return. The company's union representative said that each year, about 300-400 workers register.
According to the provincial Department of Home Affairs, in addition to cash bonuses, enterprises in the province also implement many other forms of care for workers such as organizing year-end parties, giving gifts from companies and grassroots unions, supporting bus tickets or arranging vehicles to take workers home to celebrate Tet.
Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation also implemented the 2026 Labor Union Members' Tet Bus trip program to bring workers home to celebrate Binh Ngo 2026 Tet, and plans to support 2,200 bus tickets to bring workers home to celebrate Tet.
