Nghe An - Regular dialogue conference at Luxshare Technology Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) focuses on listening to and answering recommendations, improving the working environment.
On April 9, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Luxshare Technology Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) in coordination with the grassroots Trade Union organized a regular dialogue conference in 2026.
At the conference, the company's leadership directly listened, exchanged and answered employees' opinions with a frank and open spirit. Employees also actively shared their thoughts and aspirations related to working conditions, policies and the labor environment. Thereby, contributing to creating a democratic and constructive atmosphere of dialogue.
Through dialogue activities, the company's Board of Directors has more basis to grasp the actual situation. From there, propose appropriate solutions to improve working conditions and improve the lives of employees. At the same time, this activity contributes to strengthening the connection and understanding between employees and businesses, towards building harmonious, stable and sustainable labor relations.
