Using paint to reduce photo output without losing quality
To solve this problem, you can use specialized software or applications to reduce photo output without reducing photo quality.
1. Use paint to reduce photo output
Use the Photo Resize feature in Paint to significantly reduce photo resolution.
Step 1: You must open the photo using Paint software. To do this, click the right button on the photo you want to edit, then edit.
Step 2: Select the Home tab then click the Resize option to start reducing the photo size.

Step 3: In the Resize and Skew dialogue, at Per cent, you fill in the Horizontal section. For example, if you want a photo to be half the original, choose 50. Finally, click OK.
