Launching worker cultural space at Ny Hoa Viet Co., Ltd
Thanh Hoa - The Trade Union of Ny Hoa Viet Co., Ltd. launched the "Worker Cultural Space" model, creating more activity points, connecting union members and workers.
On June 16, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Ny Hoa Viet Co., Ltd. had just organized a launching ceremony for the "Workers' Cultural Space" model in the company premises, responding to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026.
The "Worker Cultural Space" model is built with the goal of creating a healthy living environment, helping union members have more places to meet, exchange, and share experiences in work and life.
The space is arranged with many amenities serving workers such as a reading area, newspapers; borrowing bookshelves; a point for receiving and borrowing ao dai; a lunch break area; a place for group activities, cultural exchanges and organizing monthly birthdays for union members.
In addition, outdoor areas are arranged with physical and sports activities such as football and volleyball, contributing to improving the health and spiritual life of workers after working hours.
On this occasion, the Company also organized birthday celebrations for more than 100 union members who were born in May, creating a joyful and cohesive atmosphere in the collective of employees.
The Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Ny Hoa Viet Co., Ltd. said that it will continue to listen to the opinions of union members to improve the model, diversify activities, and make the "Workers' Cultural Space" a practical, meaningful and associated activity point with workers in the coming time.
