Recruiting 250 workers to work in specialized industrial parks

On June 17, the Trade Union of Nitori Vietnam Export Processing Enterprise - Ho Chi Minh Branch (Nitori Trade Union - operating in the field of furniture production) said that the enterprise is in need of recruiting about 250 workers to work at the factory in Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (Tan Phuoc ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

Including: 100 male production workers; 100 female production workers; 50 maintenance workers. Applicants are aged 18-40 (or from 41-45 years old but with over 1 year of experience); requiring diligence, hard work, knowing how to read and write, good health, and willingness to work in shifts.

When recruited, employees enjoy full benefits in terms of salary, bonuses, regimes, and welfare; fully participate in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; stable and long-term working environment. Employees are also exempted from mid-shift meals, and businesses also organize shuttle buses to Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai.

According to Nitori Grassroots Trade Union, the production activities of the enterprise in recent times have also been affected by increased logistics costs, directly affecting goods sources, orders and import and export activities. However, the enterprise has had timely response solutions to ensure stable production activities, thereby ensuring income and lives of all union members and workers.
