In recent days, Quang Tri has entered a period of severe heat, with outdoor temperatures reaching nearly 40 degrees, especially at noon and afternoon.

The high temperature caused the road surface to evaporate, directly giving off the strong smell of street plastic, causing disadvantages for workers who have been exposed to high temperatures for a long time.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Doan (Dong Hoi ward, Quang Tri province), workers working in road asphalt projects, the hot weather is a favorable condition for asphalt paving. Therefore, despite the hot weather and high temperatures, workers still have to try to follow the project schedule.

Ms. Doan informed that the heat burned everyone, just need to go to the wet shirt factory. Although the sunlight was directly on her face and the smell of sugar asphalt was coming from her, because it was too stuffy and difficult to breathe, she did not dare to cover it. I just hope to be healthy and work a few more years to cover my family's living expenses.

Many people, even when they are old, still work hard. More than anyone else, they understand the value of labor, which brings stability to family circumstances. Therefore, even though they are in the middle of burning-out weather, workers still have to struggle to make a living.

Ms. Vo Thi Lan (Dong Hoi ward, Quang Tri province) is still tirelessly pushing street vendors in every alley.

With her face red from fatigue, Ms. Lan said that she goes every day, some days she cannot sell a single penny, the roads are deserted until the sun sets and the weather calms down. Although I know that, I don't dare to stay at home, just raise my children alone, so whether it's sunny or rainy, I still encourage myself to try.

Despite the harsh weather, harsh heat, and sweat and rain on the faces that are gradually exhausted, many workers still have to work hard to ensure the progress of the project and cover their family's living expenses.
