Encouraging 2 Tay Ninh football teams to participate in the 2026 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament

On the afternoon of June 2nd, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation organized a meeting, encouraged and presented gifts to two local representative football teams participating in the Southern regional qualifying round of the 2026 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament.

The meeting was chaired by Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Loan - Vice President of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation. The two football teams representing the province participating in this year's tournament are Tay Ninh Trade Union 1 and Tay Ninh Trade Union 2.

At the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Loan acknowledged the spirit of responsibility, training efforts and preparation of the athletes before the departure day. Leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation also requested the players to compete with a spirit of solidarity, honesty, nobility, strictly comply with the tournament regulations, and at the same time maintain health and ensure safety during the competition.

According to Ms. Loan, teams need to promote the beautiful image of Tay Ninh workers, dedicate quality matches, contributing to the overall success of the tournament.

This year, the tournament gathers 48 teams from many provinces and cities across the country, continuing to affirm its position as a sports playground for workers, civil servants, and laborers. Through the tournament, the movement to practice physical exercise and sports, improve cultural and spiritual life in the labor force is strongly promoted.

The Southern regional qualifying round of the 2026 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament will take place from June 6 to 9, in Ho Chi Minh City. The national final round is expected to be held from July 16 to 19, in Ho Chi Minh City.
