Dak Lak - Vocational training classes for rural workers have been opening up a future for local people to improve their income and develop the economy effectively.

Opening vocational training classes at the grassroots level

In 2025, after being allocated transitional funding from 2024, Vocational Education - Continuing Education Centers in the province such as Krong Ana, Cu Kuin, Buon Ma Thuot, Ea Kar, Krong Buk have been implementing vocational training classes for workers in rural areas.

This activity contributes to creating jobs for about 24,150 workers in 2025. Vocational training classes are organized regularly and methodically right in villages and hamlets, helping rural workers have the opportunity to increase their income and develop the economy stably.

Ms. Truong Thanh Thoai - teacher at the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of Buon Don said that from July 1 to now, we have flexibly opened many vocational training classes for rural workers. I am the person directly in charge of the garment class for women in the district.

According to Ms. Thoai, classes are often held in the evening so that students can easily arrange their time. After a hard day's work, at night everyone still maintains a serious learning spirit.

Student H Luyn Ayun (Ea Nuol commune) excitedly said: "My biggest wish is to learn a trade to get to the point. I am still young so I need to study, have a stable job, then get married and move forward in life".

Ms. Vu Thi My Phuong - Deputy Head of the Department of Vocational Education - Continuing Education - Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province - said: "Immediately after the policy was implemented, the local authorities at the commune and ward levels urgently opened vocational training classes for rural workers, using funding from the National Target Program".
