At the same time, organize patriotic emulation movements well, mobilize cadres and union members to uphold the sense of responsibility in advising, researching, and developing policies and laws directly related to the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.

In the period of 2023 - 2025, the leaders of the General Confederation Guest House and the General Confederation Guest House - Ho Chi Minh City Branch always pay attention to policies and regimes related to employees, develop appropriate salary policies, reward regimes, and better care for the material and spiritual life of employees to implement the policy of harmonizing the interests of the unit and employees.

The Congress unanimously voted to approve a number of targets to strive for during the term such as: 90% of union members and workers are propagandized, disseminated, studied, thoroughly grasped the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's laws and policies, the regulations of the Vietnam Trade Union organization, the unit's rules and regulations, issues related to labor and trade unions; actively taking care of spiritual and material life to ensure compliance with the law and collective labor agreements.

At the same time, strive for 100% of union members and workers to study to improve their educational qualifications, expertise, and professional skills; during the term, strive to introduce 3 to 5 outstanding union members for the Party to consider, train and admit; participate in signing many welfare programs for union members and workers; 100% of union members complete professional tasks, of which over 70% complete their tasks well or better; The Trade Union of the General Confederation of Labor - Ho Chi Minh City Branch achieves excellent completion of tasks.

The Congress also approved the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the General Confederation Guest House - Ho Chi Minh City Branch with 5 members. Ms. Tran Thi Kim Thoa continues to be appointed as the Chairwoman of the Trade Union of the General Confederation Guest House - Ho Chi Minh City Branch.
