Vina Union Co., Ltd. organizes 2025 Workers' Conference
Phu Tho - Vina Union Company Limited (Ba Thien 2 Industrial Park) has just organized a 2025 Workers' Conference with the participation of a large number of workers.
The conference was attended by leaders of the Phu Tho Industrial Park Trade Union, the Company's Board of Directors and the grassroots trade union.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Han Sang Heon - General Director of Vina Union Company Limited said that in 2025, despite many difficulties, thanks to the consensus and sense of responsibility of all staff, workers and laborers, the company will still be steadfast in development, with production reaching 102% over the same period in 2024.
Currently, the company has about 1,400 employees, with an average income of 12 million VND/person/month.
At the Company's Trade Union Chairman Conference, a summary of recommendations from employees was approved such as: Aspirations for stable and long-term work, and care plans for union members...; Report on the implementation of emulation and reward movements, Report on the results of the implementation of collective labor agreements...
On behalf of the company's leaders, Mr. Han Sang Heon - General Director listened to the opinions and appropriately answered the recommendations of the workers.
At the conference, delegates discussed issues related to the rights and regimes of workers, providing many specific solutions and orientations for development with the determination to excellently complete business tasks in the coming time.
