To date, the whole city has had 100% of units organize conferences for civil servants, public employees, and workers and 2,729/4,298 units (63.49%) organize conferences for workers in 2025.
In addition, the City Labor Federation has widely implemented emulation movements, campaigns, promoting initiatives, improving techniques, improving labor productivity and work efficiency such as the movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Innovation, creativity, efficiency" to arouse the strength, solidarity, and creativity of union members and workers.
