On September 10, the Trade Union of Cua It A Chau Industrial Company Limited (Khanh Binh 14 Street, Long Binh Quarter, Tan Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) announced that the project to upgrade the dining room for workers has been officially completed and put into operation.
The Trade Union of Cua It A Chau Technology Co., Ltd. has proposed to the Board of Directors of the company to renovate and upgrade the cafeteria for workers. The upgrading of the dining room will ensure high, airy, and cool elements; creating a clean and beautiful dining space for workers. The total investment capital for the canteen upgrade project is about 645 million VND. All funding is supported by the company.
According to records, the upgraded cafeteria can accommodate about 400 workers at the same time.
The new dining area has a brick floor. The upgraded dining table has a heat-resistant layer and many additional fans.
Around is decorated with trees and many images of workers, union members, and company activities. In front of the clean and beautifully invested dining space, many workers expressed their joy and excitement.
Mr. Vo Thanh Can (working at the gateway - assembly) shared: "I feel that the union is very concerned about the lives of workers. Recently, the union has recommended that the company give gifts to workers on holidays. Up to now, the union has recommended that the company upgrade the dining space to a new, cleaner one. In this space, our workers also feel more delicious when eating shift. Thank you to the union and the company for paying attention to this meaningful project".
The Trade Union of Cua It Aiao Technology Co., Ltd. said that in the coming time, the unit will continue to recommend the company to build and maintain a cleaner and more beautiful factory space. Design a cultural and sports space for workers. For example, implementing a bookcase and newspaper project in the dining area and the company premises. So that workers and laborers can read books and newspapers to access information and knowledge.
Step by step improve the quality of shift meals, ensure the health of workers
It is known that Cua Y A Chau Technology Co., Ltd. has over 1,000 workers. Recently, the Trade Union has also recommended that the company increase the quality of shift meals for workers. Currently, the value of workers' shift meals is worth VND28,000/meal. The Trade Union also recommends that the company organize "Intimate Meals" every month to increase the portion sizes. This activity aims to care for workers, so that workers have more nutrients, ensuring health to participate in production.
