Female workers in Da Nang create flower works from recycled materials on March 8th

On March 7th, towards celebrating International Women's Day March 8th, the Trade Union of 29/3 Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company launched the "Golden Hand - Green Flower Connection" program as part of the Green Strategy activities in the first quarter of 2026, attracting a large number of officials and employees to participate.

Right from the launch, the contest has received enthusiastic response from many production teams and lines. Taking advantage of recycled materials such as fabric scraps, excess threads, cardboard or accessories left after the production process, workers skillfully create bouquets of flowers, flower baskets, flower paintings and many unique decorative models.

The contest is not only an opportunity to show ingenuity but also helps workers relax after working hours, connecting colleagues in the same department. Many works are elaborately invested, sending messages about environmental protection, reusing materials and spreading a green lifestyle in businesses.

The works are scored based on criteria such as creativity, recycled material ratio, aesthetics, message meaning and presentation of the team representative.

In addition to the contest, each female worker at the company is also given flowers on March 8th, as a thank you and congratulation for the contributions of female workers in the production process. Small bouquets but of great significance, contributing to creating a warm and joyful atmosphere throughout the unit.
