Having worked at the company for 3 years and had a break last year, this year's opportunity to eat a Union Meal was also a surprise to Ms. Le Thi Dung, a worker in the defective goods analysis department. The dish Ms. Dung chose was stir-fried squid and stir-fried melon.
With a meal of a lot of food like the Union Meal, Ms. Dung will leave the rice because the food alone is nutritious enough for the afternoon shift. Like her colleagues, Ms. Dung hopes that her daily shift meal will continuously improve, rich in meals to have more options. Many workers also expressed their joy because in addition to the rice portion with more food, each person also had 1 fish ice cream.
The union sends each union member 100,000 VND into their account

At the Union Meal, in addition to the company's 24,000 VND, the Union spent an additional 26,000 VND. The fish ice cream worth 25,000 VND at the Union Meal was also paid by the Union. In particular, on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, the company's Trade Union gave each union member 100,000 VND, transferred directly to their personal accounts.

At the Union Meal held on July 28 - the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, the Hanoi City Labor Federation presented 100 gifts to 100 workers in difficult circumstances, of which Mr. Nguyen Huy Khanh - Vice President of the Hanoi City Labor Federation - directly presented to 30 workers. Each gift includes 1 million VND in cash and a gift bag of 300,000 VND.
Talking to business leaders and workers, Mr. Khanh expressed his hope that businesses will continue to improve the quality of shift meals to encourage workers.
