Vinh Long General Hospital Trade Union organizes "Handy Man" contest

On March 6, the Trade Union of Vinh Long General Hospital organized the "Handy men" contest with flower arranging and fruit decoration, attracting 18 teams from departments and rooms in the unit to participate.

At the contest, each team consisting of male union members and workers performed the flower arrangement and fruit decoration according to the theme given by the Organizing Committee. During the prescribed time, the teams showed ingenuity and creativity in arranging and decorating, creating many beautiful products, carrying meaningful messages to women on International Women's Day 8. 3.

According to the Organizing Committee, the contest is an opportunity for male union members and workers to promote their resourcefulness, dexterity and creative spirit. At the same time, the activity also creates a playground for exchange and connection between union members and workers in departments and rooms in the hospital after a stressful working time.

Through the contest, the organizers wish to contribute to raising awareness about the role of men in sharing family work, together building a happy, equal and progressive family life.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 11 prizes to teams with excellent performances. In which, team No. 18 excellently won first prize; in addition, there were also second, third and consolation prizes.
