Innovating trade union activities at 100% Korean enterprises in Quang Ninh

Attending the Congress were Mr. Do Van Hung - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Dong Mai Ward Trade Union; Mr. Han Jung Woo - Deputy Director of the Company; representatives of the Trade Union of enterprises in Dong Mai Industrial Park and 60 official delegates.

Bumjin Electronics Vina Co., Ltd. (Dong Mai Industrial Park, Quang Ninh Province) currently has more than 800 officers, workers and laborers. The enterprise specializes in the production of electronic components and audio systems and is continuing to invest in expanding production scale.

During the past term, the Company's Trade Union has coordinated with the Board of Directors of the enterprise to take care of the rights, welfare and spiritual life of employees; at the same time, organized many cultural and sports activities, contributing to building a united and civilized working environment in the enterprise.

The Congress took place in a democratic and united atmosphere. For the 2025-2030 term, the Company's Trade Union aims to innovate operating methods, enhance periodic dialogue, improve union members' welfare; promote emulation and initiative movements to better care for workers.

With high consensus, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union for a new term and passed the Congress Resolution.
