Workers in Dong Thap enthusiastically play folk games
Dong Thap - At the 2026 Party Celebration - Spring Celebration exchange organized by the Thap Muoi Commune Labor Union, workers were excited about folk games.
Towards the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026) and to welcome the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026, January 24, 2026, the Thap Muoi Commune Trade Union organized an exchange program to celebrate the Party - celebrate Spring 2026 at Hall C, Thap Muoi Commune People's Committee (Dong Thap Province).
The program was attended by representatives of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, along with a large number of union officials, union members and workers from grassroots unions in the area.
The program was organized solemnly and practically, including a ceremony and a festival. During the ceremony, the welcoming performances created a joyful and exciting atmosphere; the leaders of the Commune Trade Union gave a welcoming speech, reviewed the glorious tradition of the Party, encouraged union members and workers to continue competing for labor, production, and successfully completed their tasks in the new year.
The festival took place enthusiastically with folk games such as understanding teammates, pouring water into bottles, bottle-breaking, attracting the enthusiastic participation of teams from 6 grassroots unions. The activities are not only entertaining but also enhance the spirit of solidarity and coordination, creating an emulation atmosphere from the beginning of the new year.
On this occasion, the Thap Muoi Commune Union presented 6 Tet gifts, each worth 500,000 VND (from socialized sources) to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, contributing to taking care of their lives, helping union members feel secure in their work and stick with the Union organization. The commune's trade union coordinated with Saigon Tam Duc Dental Clinic to donate 30 free dental prospects, each worth 3 million VND.
The 2026 Party and Spring Celebration Exchange Program is a meaningful activity, contributing to improving the spiritual life of union members and workers; a practical activity to celebrate the country's important political events in 2026.
