Developing a plan to organize Trade Union Congresses at all levels

At the conference to review trade union activities in the first 9 months of 2025, deploying tasks for the last months of the year, the Petrovietnam Management & Operation Trade Union developed a plan to organize Trade Union Congresses at all levels, towards the 5th Petrovietnam Management & Operation Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030 and the 8th Petrovietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, as well as preparations for the 4th Petrovietnam Management & Operation Sports Festival.

In the first 9 months, over 80% of union members have participated in studying, researching, and listening to the resolutions and directives of the Party and the Group. Grassroots unions, departmental unions, and union groups have flexibly implemented many forms of propaganda, ensuring complete and timely information to workers. The labor regulations, Collective Labor Agreements, salary regulations, grassroots democracy regulations, etc. are clearly disseminated, contributing to raising awareness and sense of responsibility in performing tasks.

At the Conference, delegates also gave their opinions on the development of a plan to organize Trade Union Congresses at all levels, towards the 5th Petrovietnam Management & Operation Organization Trade Union and the 8th Petrovietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.

Including opinions focusing on contributions on content, personnel as well as organization, to ensure the organization of the Congress is effective and practical with the motto: 5 correct (correct principles, correct regulations, correct procedures, correct plans, correct projects) and 4 Dates (achieving goals, achieving quality, achieving progress, meeting requirements), becoming a broad political activity, creating a spreading force in the entire trade union system.
