Deploying tasks at grassroots trade unions in industrial parks and clusters in Bac Ninh province

The conference was held on the morning of August 26, with the participation and direction of Mr. Thach Van Chung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation (PFF).

Also attending were leaders and experts from the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union and Chairmen of grassroots trade unions (CDCS) from the Industrial Parks: VSIP Bac Ninh, Tien Son, Dai Dong - Hoan Son, Thuan Thanh 2 and Thuan Thanh 3.

Sharing at the conference, Mr. Thach Van Chung emphasized the motto - "Union always faces the grassroots" and expressed his hope that union officials at the grassroots level will continue to promote their role, together listening to the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers to promptly support and protect their legitimate rights.

Mr. Thach Van Chung also hopes that trade unions need to be a solid bridge, helping workers better understand the laws and policies of the Party and State. Each union cadre needs to be a true companion, close and trustworthy so that all workers can feel secure in sticking with the enterprise, together building an increasingly better working environment.

Within the framework of the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union, announced the decision to assign leaders and experts in charge of 6 emulation clusters in industrial parks and clusters. The division of the responsibility cluster aims to enhance close direction, timely support for grassroots unions, helping units operate more effectively.

The conference is an opportunity for trade unions at all levels in industrial parks and clusters to discuss and grasp the actual situation, thereby providing practical solutions to improve the quality of activities, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
