HCMC - On July 27, the HCMC Labor Federation organized a program to award Nguyen Duc Canh scholarships at the city level in 2025 to 300 students who are children of workers.

Seeing their children receiving scholarships, many parents who are workers are happy and moved to tears. Parents shared that the scholarship is a great source of encouragement for their children and helps workers overcome some of the difficulties as the new school year is approaching.
