On November 20, Nam Hong Linh Ward Police witnessed Mr. Duong Van Hung (born in 1983, residing in Cam Binh Commune, Ha Tinh Province, working at Ha Tinh Road Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1, headquartered in Nam Hong Linh Ward) transferring 718 million VND back to Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc (born in 1989, residing in Tan Cuong Commune, Thai Nguyen Province).
Previously, Nam Hong Linh Ward Police received a report from Mr. Duong Van Hung about his bank account suddenly receiving 718 million VND from a stranger.
Immediately after receiving the information, Nam Hong Linh Ward Police quickly took action to verify. The work process determined that the person who transferred the money by mistake was Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc (born in 1989, residing in Tan Cuong commune, Thai Nguyen province).
After that, Nam Hong Linh Ward Police organized and witnessed Mr. Hung transferring the money back to Mr. Phuc.
