Organizing Union Meals for over 1,600 workers in Ca Mau

Implementing Instruction No. 02 dated July 4, 2025 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on organizing Trade Union Meals in 2025 to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on August 20, the Trade Union of Pinetree One Member Co., Ltd., Vinh Loi Commune, Ca Mau Province organized a Trade Union Meal for more than 1,600 workers at the company.

Attending the Union Meal at Pinetree Company Limited were leaders of the Ca Mau Provincial Federation of Labor, the Vinh Loi Commune Union, and the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Vinh Loi Commune, Ca Mau Province.

Mr. Huynh Minh Gioi - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Working Committee, Head of the Department of Legal Policy and Labor Relations of the Ca Mau Provincial Federation of Labor - hopes that through the Trade Union Meals, cadres, workers, and laborers will share the joy, strengthen solidarity, and thereby create more enthusiastic working spirit.

Mr. Gioi also hopes that union members and workers will comply with the company's regulations and rules, comply with the Party's policies and the State's laws, and strictly implement the regulations of the locality where they reside, while also implementing the provisions of the Trade Union Law and the Trade Union Charter. Mr. Gioi also hopes that the company will pay more attention to the lives of workers in the coming time. Income is getting better and better, welfare regimes are getting higher and higher...

Representing the company, Mr. Dang Danh - Company Manager - said that today's Union Meal is not only an opportunity to enjoy delicious dishes together but also an opportunity to share, connect, and create more motivation to work.

Meals will contribute to creating a more friendly, united and effective working environment. The enterprise will accompany the trade union organization in activities to care for workers in the coming time.

Many workers and laborers expressed their joy and excitement when having lunch with more rich and nutritious meals as well as receiving encouragement and attention from the Trade Union at all levels.

Worker Tra Minh Dung said that although the Union Meal is simple, it brings great spiritual value, arousing sharing and solidarity in each collective, contributing to enhancing the role of the Union organization in the lives of workers, civil servants and laborers.
