Organizing a "Union Meal" for nearly 7,500 workers at a company in Tay Ninh
On August 27, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation announced that it had just coordinated to organize a "Union Meal" at TKG Taekwang Moc Bai Joint Stock Company.
At TKG Taekwang Moc Bai Joint Stock Company (Moc Bai Commune, Tay Ninh Province), the grassroots Trade Union coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize the "Union Meal" program to care for and encourage the spirit of nearly 7,500 workers working at the enterprise.
The program was attended by Mr. Duong Dai Loc - Vice President of Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of local leaders; representatives of the company's Board of Directors. At the event, 60 gifts were given to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, demonstrating the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization and the enterprise.
Union Meal is a meaningful activity, not only contributing to improving nutritious meals and taking care of workers health but also creating cohesion between the collective of workers, union members and the company's board of directors. Thereby, the program contributes to building harmonious, stable and sustainable labor relations.
The representative of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized that maintaining practical care programs such as "Union Meals" helps workers feel more secure in staying long-term, while affirming the accompanying role of the Trade Union organization in improving the material and spiritual life of workers.
