Organizing a Union Meal for nearly 2,000 workers to celebrate National Day in Dong Thap

On August 30, on the occasion of National Day 2.9, the Trade Union of Truong Giang Seafood Joint Stock Company (Sa Dec Industrial Park, Sa Dec Ward) and the Trade Union of Lai Vung Garment Company Limited (Song Hau Industrial Park, Lai Vung Commune) organized a Trade Union Meal for nearly 2,000 union members, workers and laborers.

At Truong Giang Seafood Joint Stock Company, organized a Union Meal for more than 1,500 union members, workers and laborers.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Head of the Industrial Parks Trade Union Department; Ms. Phung Thi Ly Ngoc - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union and all union members, workers and laborers attended.

Each meal is worth 45,500 VND, higher than the value of a typical meal, of which the Trade Union supports 18,500 VND/meal, the Company supports 27,000 VND/meal.

At the same time, at Lai Vung Grass and Garment Company Limited, the Trade Union coordinated with the Company's leaders to organize a Union Meal for nearly 300 union members, workers and laborers. The value of the meal was 45,000 VND, of which the Trade Union supported 20,000 VND/meal.

This is a practical activity of the Trade Union and enterprise organization to celebrate the anniversary of the country's major holidays: the 80th Anniversary of the success of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Mr. Nguyen Ba Chau - Chairman of the Trade Union of Lai Vung Grass Garment Company Limited - said that this is an activity that shows the desire to continue to care for and take better care of the lives of union members and workers; at the same time, expressing gratitude and thanks to the collective of workers who have always strive to fulfill their tasks and actively contributed to the overall development of the company.

As for Ms. Phung Thi Ly Ngoc - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Truong Giang Seafood Joint Stock Company - this is a "2 in1" event: "Not only contributing to improving the quality of meals, supplementing nutrition, creating motivation, encouraging the spirit to make brothers and sisters more excited, enthusiastic at work, completing their tasks well, but also an opportunity to review the glorious tradition of the nation and the Vietnam Trade Union, thereby increasing national pride.
