On June 4, the Standing Committee of the Soc Trang Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference on training collective bargaining skills in 2025.

The leader of the provincial Labor Confederation said that the goal of the conference was to improve the efficiency of representative activities of the Trade Union organization in protecting the legitimate and legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
