Sir, as Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2023-2028 term, what do you think and share about this task of mine?

- From July 1, 2025, the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor directly directs 2,216 grassroots trade unions of enterprises and public service units that do not receive 100% of their salaries from the State budget with 579,721 union members. The number of full-time union officials and labor contracts is 133. From October 1, 2025, the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor directly directed 2,148 grassroots trade unions of enterprises and public service units not receiving 100% of salaries from the State budget with 578,488 union members; of which 945 grassroots trade unions in industrial parks with 444,633 union members; 1,203 grassroots trade unions outside industrial parks with 133,855 union members. The number of full-time union officials and labor contracts is 81 people, deployed at the Trade Union Work Committee and the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee and 25 ward and commune trade unions.

Sir, in the coming time, how do trade unions at all levels in Bac Ninh province plan to implement solutions to better protect the legitimate and legal rights of union members and workers in the province?

- Inheriting the results achieved in the 2023-2025 period, I hope and believe that in the coming time, the Executive Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor in the new term will focus on better performing its role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.

Accordingly, improving the quality of work to contribute ideas to amend, supplement, build and perfect policies and laws on labor, trade unions and other policies and laws related to union members and workers. Proactively, propose and closely coordinate with State management agencies to strengthen inspection, examination and supervision of the implementation of policies and laws related to the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, workers and trade union organizations; promptly detect and recommend strict handling of violations.

Proactively propose to Party committees and authorities to maintain dialogue activities at the workplace; contact and dialogue between heads of local Party committees, authorities, and trade unions with union members, workers, and employers to listen, grasp and promptly resolve concerns and problems arising from the grassroots, ensure the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, contribute to preventing and reducing collective work stoppages, and build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises.

Improve the role, responsibility and efficiency of the team of experts on collective labor agreements; Improve the quality of negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements with more favorable terms for union members and employees, focusing on wages, bonuses, working hours, rest time, seniority, working conditions, occupational safety and hygiene, shift meals and other benefits. Improve the capacity of staff, the quality and efficiency of legal consulting and legal support activities. Innovating the method of receiving and processing workers' recommendations such as building online applications and channels to receive, reflect, and process recommendations, ensuring speed, publicity, and transparency to promptly support and resolve disputes. Organize forums and conferences "Listen to workers speak - Trade Union take action".

- Grassroots trade unions need to perform well the role of representing the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations, participating in the development of internal regulations, rules, supervision of labor norms, distribution of wages and income for workers; participating in negotiations to develop salary norms, salary tables, salary payment regulations at enterprises, occupational safety and hygiene work and other welfare regimes for workers. Improve the quality of labor conferences and dialogues at the workplace; strengthen supervision of law enforcement: Labor, trade unions, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, ensure the rights and interests of union members and workers; contribute to stabilizing labor relations.

Organize training and coaching on negotiation skills, labor law, and dispute resolution skills for union officials. Build a team of union officials with sufficient capacity and courage to effectively perform the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
