Exciting Labor Festival at Crystal Martin Company (Bac Ninh Province)
More than 5,000 union members and workers of Crystal Martin Company's Trade Union (Bac Ninh province) have just participated in the "2025 Workers' Day".
The event is a practical activity to exchange, connect, create a healthy cultural and sports playground and bring valuable rewards to all union members and workers.
The festival was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation, the Company's Board of Directors, the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee, and the enthusiastic participation of more than 5,000 workers.
Within the framework of the program, union members and workers participated in many exciting activities such as exploring diverse fair booths, competing together in traditional folk game competitions such as tug of war, sack jumping, etc. The total prize for attractive games was up to 15 million VND.
The special highlight that attracts the attention of all workers is the lucky draw program. At the program, dozens of valuable gifts were presented, including major awards such as electric motorbikes, air conditioners, refrigerators, etc. This is a meaningful activity, clearly demonstrating the concern of the Union and the company's Board of Directors to bring joy and surprise luck to employees.
On the same evening, the atmosphere became more exciting with the CMVN-CIVN Got tallent Competition. The contest brought 9 outstanding performances, demonstrating the rich talents of workers. At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 2 third prizes and 5 consolation prizes with a total prize of 17 million VND.
Also within the framework of the festival, Crystal Martin Company organized to honor 6 excellent teams that achieved the title of Outstanding Labor Collective, recognizing the important contributions of the collectives to the overall development of the company.
The "2025 Workers' Day" ended with great success, once again affirming the accompanying role and comprehensive care of the Trade Union organization and the Board of Directors for workers, contributing to building a united, cohesive working environment and sustainable development in enterprises.
