Exciting skills contest at a 5,000-worker enterprise in Hai Phong

The Aurora 2025 Skilled Skills Competition takes place over 3 days, from June 19 to 21, with the participation of hundreds of candidates who are workers in different departments in the Company. On June 19 and 20, workers competed in individual events at 18 stages of cutting, sewing, computer sewing, foundation, printing, finishing, and skillful craft competition.

In the collective round held on June 21, 7 teams competed with the theme "Every pair matters - Every pair is important". The teams will perform integrated performances introducing the company and the workshop where they work, closely following the theme of the competition. After that, the teams went through the painting - speech collation competition, collaborating paintings on the product, then finding the defect of the product in the image as well as providing solutions.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 18 First prizes to 18 stages, 66 Encouragement prizes in the individual competition; awarded 1 First prize, 1 Second prize, 1 Third prize and 4 Encouragement prizes in the collective competition. The company also won the award for the most impressive fan team. The total prize value is up to tens of millions of VND.
