Merging the Trade Union of Bac Lieu Power Company into the Trade Union of Ca Mau Power Company
The Trade Union of Southern Power Corporation has issued a decision to merge the Bac Lieu Power Company's Trade Union into the Ca Mau Power Company's Trade Union.
The Standing Committee of the Southern Power Trade Union issued Decision No. 312/QD-CDDMN on the above merger. Accordingly, the Trade Union of Bac Lieu Power Company was officially dissolved, all rights and obligations of employees will be inherited by the Trade Union of Ca Mau Power Company and continue to be implemented according to current regulations. The provisional union executive committee was also appointed to manage activities in the transition period.
This demonstrates the goal of perfecting the organization, improving the effectiveness of trade union activities, ensuring the rights of workers after the merger, with the determination to build a strong trade union organization, meeting the requirements of innovation, integration and sustainable development.
The merger is part of the roadmap to reorganize and streamline the management apparatus of the Southern Power Corporation according to the direction of the Vietnam Power Group, in order to improve the efficiency of production and business activities, while consolidating and promoting the role of trade union organizations in caring for workers' rights.
This is not only a necessary step to suit the current development trend but also affirms the Corporation's determination to innovate and improve governance capacity.
