Ready to establish a grassroots trade union at a company with more than 500 employees
Ha TINh - The grassroots union of V-G High-Tech Energy Solutions Company Limited is expected to be announced to be established before July 25, with 423/536 employees being Vietnamese.
On July 16, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) announced that it had just promoted the establishment of a grassroots trade union at V-G High-Tech Energy Solutions Company Limited.
The working delegation of the Provincial Federation of Labor led by Comrade Ngo Dinh Van, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Economic Zone Trade Union, worked with representatives of the Director, leaders of the human resources and foreign affairs department of V-G High-Tech Energy Solutions Company Limited.
Also attending were representatives of the leaders of the Economic Zone Trade Union Board, and full-time Trade Union officials in charge of the Southern Grassroots Trade Union cluster.
The company currently employs 536 workers, of which Vietnamese workers account for 423, the rest are Chinese workers.
At the meeting, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Company's leaders agreed to prepare well the conditions to organize the ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the Company's grassroots Trade Union before July 25, 2025.
