Reviewing and guiding the work of grassroots trade unions congresses and conferences in An Giang

On the morning of November 7, at the headquarters of the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL), Working Group No. 2 held 2 conferences to approve congress documents and grassroots union conferences for the 2025 - 2030 term for units in emulation clusters No. 5, 6 and 7 (including grassroots unions and unions located in Rach Gia City).

Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor Pham Van Dang, Head of Working Group No. 2, chaired the conference. Also attending were representatives of the professional departments of the Provincial Federation of Labor and leaders of grassroots unions in the cluster.

At the conference, Working Group No. 2 provided detailed instructions on the forms for developing congress and conference documents; at the same time, deployed 2 sets of sample documents including congress documents and grassroots union conference documents for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The delegates were also specifically answered on many contents related to personnel work (in the form of trust or election with a balance), personnel projects of the Standing Committee, personnel of delegates attending higher-level congresses, as well as the process of managing the congress and conference programs and registering the time of organization.

In his concluding remarks, Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor Pham Van Dang highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of grassroots unions in preparing for congresses and conferences. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged many opinions and practical problems shared by grassroots union officials, and said that the Working Group will absorb and synthesize them to provide timely advice and direction, in order to ensure that grassroots union congresses and conferences take place on schedule, in accordance with regulations and at a high quality level.

Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor Pham Van Dang also requested units to urgently complete documents and submit them to the Provincial Federation of Labor for approval and assignment of staff to attend congresses and conferences as planned.
