Launching the Nam Son Ward Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term

Attending and directing the congress were comrade Le Duc Tho - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation; comrade Nguyen Khac Dieu - Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Industrial Parks Trade Union.

68 official delegates representing more than 2,000 union members in the ward attended.

The Nam Son Ward Trade Union was established and put into operation from July 1, 2025. As of October 1, 2025, Nam Son Ward Trade Union manages and directs 15 grassroots trade unions in the production and business sector with 2,185 union members.

Delegates attending the congress focused on discussing and contributing many enthusiastic opinions to the Political Report, identifying the key directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term; at the same time, proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, workers and laborers.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Le Duc Tho - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor and comrade Truong Ngoc Trang - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Nam Son Ward acknowledged and praised the spirit of solidarity, efforts and responsibility of the Ward Union Executive Committee in the past term.

Comrades highly appreciated the initiative of the Ward Trade Union in quickly stabilizing the organization after the merger, innovating the methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, performing well the role of representation, caring for the lives, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers...

Comrades suggested that in the new term, the Ward Trade Union must overcome difficulties, constantly innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the effectiveness of gathering and mobilizing union members and workers; promote digital transformation in management and propaganda; diversify forms of education, fostering vocational skills and legal awareness for workers.

The Congress announced the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor to appoint the Executive Committee of the Nam Son Ward Trade Union, term I, 2025-2030, consisting of 8 comrades. At the same time, the Standing Committee, the positions of Chairman, Inspection Committee and Chairman of the Ward Trade Union Inspection Committee were appointed. Comrade Dang Thi Hai - Vice Chairwoman of the Ward Fatherland Front Committee continued to be appointed as Chairwoman of the Nam Son Ward Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
