Strive for 100% of ward union officials to master artificial intelligence applications and software

To modernize activities and implement administrative reform in the Trade Union, the Dong Ngac Ward Trade Union Congress approved breakthrough targets. In which, strive for 100% of ward union officials to master the application and software of artificial intelligence (AI, ChatGPT) in implementing and solving work.

This goal demonstrates the determination of the Ward Union in reducing paperwork, promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation.

In addition, there are comprehensive goals to build a strong and comprehensive Trade Union organization. Regarding Party building work, the Congress agreed on the average annual quota for each grassroots Trade Union to introduce at least 1 outstanding union member for the Party to consider, train and admit.

The ward union also strives for 100% of grassroots unions in the school and administrative - career sectors, along with 90% or more of grassroots unions in non-state enterprises that are eligible to establish mass Women's Union.
