Mr. Tran Cong Thoai becomes Chairman of the Trade Union of Hamaco Hau Giang Company

On December 6, the Trade Union of Hamaco - Hau Giang Concrete One Member Co., Ltd. successfully held its 3rd congress, term 2025-2030.

During the term, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union has advised and coordinated with employers to take care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers. Accordingly, the unit has taken care of holidays and Tet; visited sick people, relatives, festivals, and provided difficulties... with a total amount of nearly 350 million VND.

The grassroots union has mobilized 100% of employees to participate in donation activities to support colleagues in difficulty and those who have encountered incidents in life... with an amount of 33.6 million VND. The art movement is regularly interested and encouraged by the Company's Trade Union, especially during the preliminary review, work summary, meeting at the beginning of the year or interacting with other units.

Since the beginning of the term, the unit has mobilized support, upgrading and repairing 2 football fields with a budget of over 60 million VND; Building new security guards and waiting rooms for customers, parking lots for players and employees worth 1.07 billion VND; Building new Pickleball sports fields worth 480 million VND...

In the new term, the Company's Trade Union aims to strengthen the work of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of members and employees; continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, promote the development of union members, and build a strong and comprehensive Trade Union organization.

The unit will improve the quality of propaganda, mobilization, education and patriotic emulation among members and employees; raise political, professional awareness, legal awareness, labor discipline, industrial style, contributing to building an increasingly strong working class.

The Congress elected the new Executive Committee of the Trade Union, consisting of 5 members; elected 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Congress of the Can Tho City Trade Union, term 2025-2030.
