Mr. Phan Ly Chinh Luan becomes Chairman of the Trade Union of Ba Ria Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
HCMC - The Rach Dua Ward Trade Union Conference launched the Executive Committee, term I, 2025-2030.
On October 31, the Ba Ria Ward Trade Union (HCMC) said that the unit had successfully organized the 1st Ward Trade Union Delegation Conference for the 2025-2030 term.
The conference was attended by delegates representing the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation; leaders of Ba Ria ward and 50 delegates representing more than 4,800 union members in the area.
After its establishment, the Ba Ria Ward Trade Union has completed the organizational structure; effectively implemented emulation movements "Good workers - Creative workers", "Green - Clean - Beautiful"; "Ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" ... bringing practical results. In the 2025-2030 term, the unit sets the goal of "Building and strengthening a strong trade union organization"; sets out targets such as: striving to develop more than 100 new union members per year; introducing outstanding union members to the Party for consideration; mobilizing at least 80% of enterprises to sign collective labor agreements....
The conference also announced the decision on personnel, launching the Executive Committee of 9 comrades (inadequacy 1); in which, Mr. Phan Ly Chinh Luan will be the Chairman of the Ba Ria Ward Trade Union, term I, 2025-2030.
