Mr. Le Trung Hieu holds the position of Chairman of Lam Son Commune Trade Union

On October 27, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation announced that the Lam Son Commune Labor Union had just solemnly held the 1st Congress, term 2025 - 2030. The Congress was attended by 101 outstanding delegates, representing 3,069 union members and workers working at 11 grassroots unions in the area.

Attending and directing the Congress were comrades Vu Tran Thanh, Le Xuan Hung - Member of the Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee; Mr. Pham Thanh Tung - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Lam Son Commune Party Committee, along with representatives of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and organizations and enterprises in the area.

Lam Son Commune Trade Union was established on July 1, 2025 under Decision No. 655/QD-LDLDD of the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, consisting of 11 grassroots trade unions with more than 3,000 union members and workers. Immediately after its establishment, the Commune Trade Union quickly improved its organization, built operating regulations, and launched many patriotic emulation movements associated with the task of local socio-economic development.

The movements "Good workers - Creative workers", "Good at public affairs, good at housework", "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" were widely implemented, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among union members and workers. The work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers has been carried out regularly, with many practical activities such as visiting, giving gifts, and supporting union members in difficult circumstances.

At the Congress, the Organizing Committee announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation on appointing the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Lam Son Commune Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2030. Comrade Le Trung Hieu was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Lam Son Commune Trade Union.

With the motto of action "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", Lam Son Commune Trade Union is determined to build a strong trade union organization, affirming its role as a bridge between workers and Party committees, authorities and enterprises, actively contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
