Mr. Doan Khanh Van holds the position of Chairman of the Tra Vinh Lottery Trade Union

On November 18, the Trade Union of Tra Vinh Lottery Company Limited held the 7th Congress, term 2025 - 2030, Ms. Vo Thi Thu Oanh attended and directed the Congress.

During the past term, the grassroots Trade Union organized 07 dialogues (06 periodic, 01 ad hoc), ensuring workers' rights, stabilizing jobs, increasing income and closely coordinating with the Board of Directors in labor law regulations.

The Board of Directors supports shift meals to increase from 730,000 VND to 1,100,000 VND/person/month; giving gifts of 2024 million VND; insurance, regular health check-ups, female workers receive specialist check-ups twice a year. The union introduced 12 outstanding union members and 9 admission members, exceeding the target by 300%.

Entering the new term, the grassroots trade union strives to recruit 100% of workers, consult and resolve 100% of benefits, improve professional qualifications, vocational skills, apply digital technology, and effectively organize emulation movements in the company.

The union will organize 100% of union members to participate in cultural and sports activities, study to improve skills, strive to hold the title of "Excellent completion of tasks" and meet the criteria for union emulation.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 5 comrades, Mr. Doan Khanh Van to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of Tra Vinh Lottery Company Limited for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Vo Thi Thu Oanh - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized that the Trade Union needs to promptly promote policies, laws, and labor policies and provide official information, helping workers correctly grasp the current false information on social networks.

The Executive Committee of the Trade Union must promote the spirit of solidarity, perform well the task of caring for material and spiritual life and protecting legitimate and legal rights, while representing and fully reflecting the thoughts and aspirations of workers.

"The grassroots trade union needs to strengthen its role as a bridge with the company's leadership in advising and implementing the Party Committee's policies and development strategies, contributing to the completion of the resolution's targets and maintaining the corporate image," Ms. Oanh added.
