Mr. Cao Nguyen Hung becomes Vice President of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation
Nghe An Mr. Cao Nguyen Hung, Deputy Director of the Nghe An Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, was appointed as Vice President of the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor.
On the afternoon of November 10, the Lao Provincial Federation of Labor Civil Servants' Ceremony decided on personnel work.
Implementing Decision No. 371/QD-TLD dated November 5, 2025 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the appointment of additional members of the Executive Committee, members of the Standing Committee and the position of Vice President of the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor, term XIX, 2023-2028; Along with Decision No. 383 dated November 7, 2025, Mr. Cao Nguyen Hung - former Deputy Director of the Nghe An Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion - was appointed to hold the position of Vice President of the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor.
Also at the ceremony, the Provincial Federation of Labor decided to appoint 14 delegation officials to join the Executive Committee of the Labor Federation, term XIX, 2023-2028.
Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor - congratulated Mr. Cao Nguyen Hung on being elected to the new position; at the same time, he assessed that this could be well-trained and had good professional capacity. He suggested that the new Vice Chairman quickly approach the work, promote qualities and intelligence, and work with the Standing Committee to effectively direct the implementation of professional tasks and successfully complete assigned political tasks.
Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Cao Nguyen Hung expressed his honor and pride and considered this a great responsibility assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the provincial trade union organization. He affirmed that he will continue to strive to practice, learn, inherit the experiences of previous generations; uphold the spirit of solidarity, unity and complete the spirit in the new position well.
The new Vice President of Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor hopes to continue to receive the attention and support of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee and departments, branches and organizations to work with the Provincial Federation of Labor to effectively implement the goals and tasks in the coming period.
