Farm 726 focuses on welfare, improving the lives of workers
Lam Dong - Over the past time, farm 726 has always focused on improving the lives and ensuring the rights of workers.
On March 26, in Quang Truc border commune (Lam Dong), Farm 726 (MTV 16 Co., Ltd.) organized the 2026 Workers' Conference.
In 2025, despite facing many difficulties, Farm 726 still excellently completed its tasks, maintained local stability; the quality of gardens was restored; infrastructure is increasingly complete; the lives of people in the project area have been improved. The unit was awarded the "Determined to Win" Emulation Flag by the Ministry of National Defense.
Mass mobilization and social security work has been effectively implemented with many practical activities: Giving gifts, medical examinations, free medicine distribution of nearly 600 million VND; mobilizing 350 working days to support people; building and handing over 2 "Great Solidarity Houses", 10 "Comradeship Houses", 3 "Trade Union Homes".
The unit mobilized resources to build 2 more "Great Solidarity Houses"; awarded scholarships and gifts to disadvantaged students; contributed to the program to eliminate temporary houses, and supported Cuban people and people in the North to overcome the consequences of the storm.
The farm also adopted 32 ethnic minority students, provided 321 breeds, and organized 6 legal propaganda sessions.
At the conference, delegates discussed solutions to improve production efficiency, land management, ensure security and improve the lives of workers.
Speaking to direct, Colonel Trinh Pham Hoa - Secretary of the Party Committee - Deputy Director of MTV 16 Co., Ltd. praised the results that the unit has achieved.
At the same time, requesting the unit to continue to strictly implement the Party's resolutions; promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style; strengthen land and resource management, and be ready to handle situations.
In 2026, Farm 726 determined to synchronously implement solutions to improve production efficiency, respond to climate change, apply science and technology, increase income for workers, and maintain local stability.
At the conference, representatives of employers and employees signed the 2026 Collective Labor Agreement, ensuring the legitimate rights of employees.
On this occasion, the grassroots Trade Union launched an emulation movement throughout the unit.
