Can Tho - The completion of the Trade Union Shelter has promptly helped union members stabilize their lives and work with peace of mind.
On June 18, the Vinh Thanh District Labor Federation (VFF) said that the unit had just coordinated with the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund Branch in Can Tho to organize the Trade Union Shelter Award Ceremony for union member Nguyen Thi Le Quyen (working at Thanh Loc 1 Primary School).
It is known that union member Nguyen Thi Le Quyen has difficult housing circumstances, cannot afford to repair, and has been promptly supported by the City Labor Federation and the District Labor Federation to implement the construction of the Trade Union Shelter.
After a period of construction, the shelter has been completed and put into use. With an area of 90 m2, the shelter is built in the style of a level 4 house ( corrugated iron roof, walls, brick floor). Of which, the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund Branch in Can Tho supported the union member's family with 50 million VND to build a shelter.
This is an activity of profound humanitarian significance, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love, mutual assistance, helping each other and the concern of trade unions at all levels for the lives of cadres, workers, civil servants and laborers.
At the ceremony, Permanent Vice President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation Huynh Thi Hien represented and sent her congratulations to the union member's family. At the same time, I hope that the union member's family can stabilize their lives and work with peace of mind.
On the day of returning to her new home, union member Nguyen Thi Le Quyen expressed her joy and gratitude to the Trade Union at all levels for supporting and accompanying her family since the first days of the shelter project.
