Many units have 100% of grassroots trade unions implementing Workers' Month

On July 23, the Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union (VTC) said that up to now, the VTC has managed 274 grassroots trade unions (CDCS) with 83,145 union members; of which, it directly directs 25 affiliated trade unions, including 5 trade unions at the grassroots level and 20 affiliated grassroots trade unions.

In Workers' Month 2025, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has 198 enterprise trade unions organizing practical activities, in which many units have 100% of trade unions organizing activities such as VNPT Trade Union having 99/99 enterprise trade unions organizing; VNPost Trade Union having 92/9/9 enterprise trade unions organizing; Ministry of Science and Technology Trade Union having 6/6 enterprise trade unions organizing.

In addition to the Workers' Month activities, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor also focuses on propaganda, mobilization, and education to raise awareness for union members and workers.

Accordingly, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor focuses on directing propaganda work, thoroughly grasping the Party's Directives and Resolutions, the State's legal policies and policies with diverse and rich content and forms, taking advantage of the positive aspects of social networks and using information channels at units... contributing to making propaganda work increasingly effective in the current situation.

In particular, focusing on propagating the Party's Directives and Resolutions, the State's laws and policies; the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Resolution of the 16th Congress of the Vietnam Information and Communications Trade Union; Propagating Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Trade unions at all levels proactively propagate new policies on labor law, ensure harmonious labor relations, help businesses stabilize human resources, ensure life and employment.

Strengthen propaganda and mobilization of union members and workers to strictly comply with the Law on Prevention and Control of Alcohol and Beer Harm; raise awareness of compliance with security and order, effectively implement work on labor safety, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, and ensure health safety.

As a result, 100% of union members and workers seriously comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, actively participate in the self-study movement to self-cultivate and improve their qualifications.

In addition, cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities are focused on and cared for by trade unions at all levels, regularly organizing competitions and traditional sports events to attract a large number of union members and workers to respond and participate in meeting the needs of union members and workers to improve spiritual life and cultural environment in agencies, units, and enterprises...
