Pick up the bags, two Vietnamese tourists return them to Korean tourists
On September 3, An Hai Ward Police, Da Nang City, said that the unit had just supported the return of lost property to international visitors.
Previously, while swimming in the Pham Van Dong area (Ho Nghinh - Duong Dinh Nghe intersection, An Hai ward), Mr. Le Van Tuyen (born in 1983) and Mr. Mai Van Tinh (born in 1981), both from Thanh Hoa, discovered a bag left behind. Inside were 31.6 million VND and 104 USD.
Immediately, the two men took the bag to An Hai Ward Police to report. Upon receiving the news, Major Vo Minh Quang, Deputy Head of the Ward Police, directed the working group to urgently verify. The owner of the money was identified as Mr. Soon Chul Kwon, a Korean tourist residing in Da Nang.
The property return ceremony was held under the witness of the ward police. Having just received the property back, Mr. Kwon emotionally sent his thanks to Mr. Tuyen, Mr. Tinh and the police force. He said this will be an unforgettable memory of the kindness and hospitality of the Vietnamese people.
