Quickly adapt, build a strong Lam Dong Trade Union organization
Lam Dong - The Provincial Trade Union strengthens closeness to the grassroots, especially in industrial parks and places with a large concentration of workers.
On the morning of July 10, the Trade Union Working Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province said that Ms. Dang Thi Thanh Hoa - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor (PFF) - had a working session with 11 trade unions of communes, wards and special zones in the old Binh Thuan province.
The working session informed about the arrangement of the Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor's organizational apparatus and the implementation of task assignment after the merger.
Ms. Dang Thi Thanh Hoa also announced the settlement of early retirement and resignation benefits according to Decree 178 for cadres, civil servants, and contract employees at the Binh Thuan Labor Federation (old).
Many recommendations from commune, ward and special zone trade unions were made to synthesize and report to the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor to remove obstacles.
Concluding the meeting, Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor - Ms. Dang Thi Thanh Hoa - requested the team of union officials at the grassroots level to increase closeness to the grassroots level, not to miss the area; especially in industrial parks and places with a large concentration of workers.
With the spirit of "working while learning from experience", the Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor encouraged the trade union officials to continue to make efforts and quickly adapt to make an effective operating model, building a strong Lam Dong Provincial Trade Union organization.
