Speaking at the workshop, Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Thi Thu Huong, Chairwoman of the Council of Hanoi Medical University, emphasized that developing human resources, especially high-quality human resources, is one of the three strategic breakthroughs identified in many recent National Congresses of the Party and is an urgent issue in the new era of national development.

In his speech, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam proposed 7 solutions to build a team of advisory staff to meet the requirements of digital transformation, emphasizing the construction of a digital working environment in Party agencies, taking digital transformation as a tool to improve operational efficiency, improve coordination processes, information processing and policy recommendations.
